QUESTS IN CHAPTER 2
This list shows all quests that can be completed in Chapter 2. However, you can wait until Chapter 3 or Chapter 6 before you complete them.
There are four types of quests in this chapter.
Class Quests are the major quests you have to complete to gain your stronghold. All characters can complete all class quests; however only the quest(s) corresponding to your own class(es) will give you a stronghold. For example, all characters can complete the Unseeing Eye quest but only Clerics will gain a stronghold at a temple.
Stronghold Quests are the quests you need to perform once you have gained your stronghold in order to keep it. For example, a Fighter who gets the De'Arnise Keep as a stronghold will need to return to the keep every so often to handle the keep's affairs.
NPC Specific Quests are quests which you will only gain if you have specific NPCs in your party. For example, Nalia won't be abducted if she is not in your party. ;-)
Other Quests are all the quests that you can gain and complete irrespective of your class and party composition, for example the Circus quests.

Mage/Sorcerer: Find Valygar for the Cowled Wizards / The Planar Sphere.
Ranger: Investigate the Deaths in the Umar Hills.
Paladin: Journey to the Windspear Hills.
Druid: Animal Attacks in Trademeet.
Thief: Find Evidence against Mae'Var.
Bard: Free Haer'Dalis / The Planar Prison.
Stronghold Quests |
Once you have gained a stronghold, you must work to keep it!
Fighter/Barbarian/Monk: Running the De'Arnise Keep.
Cleric: Serving the Temple - NOTE: These quests are different depending on your alignment.
Mage/Sorcerer: Train the Young Apprentices.
Ranger: Help the Village of Imnesvale.
Paladin: Serve the Order of the Most Radiant Heart.
Druid: Serve the Druid Grove.
Thief: Run a Thief Guild.
Bard: Set up the "Turmish Play" at the Theater.
NPC Specific Quests |
These quests happen only if you have the relevant NPC in your party.
Other Quests |
These quests are the same no matter who is in your party or what class you are playing.
