THERE'S A WHAT? INSIDE THE CHICKEN?

At 7 in the Umar Hills, speak to Jeb. For a bit of gold, he will tell you that a nearby farmer, Hendrick, has hidden something inside one of his chickens.

Simply go to 8 and speak to Erlin Hendrick. Tell him you'd like to buy his chickens – and that you know his secret. You can either bully him into giving you the chicken for free, or pay him a more or less handsome price. The party gains a Beljuril gem for the trouble – one of only two Beljurils in the game (the other is on Level 2 of the Windspear Hills dungeon).
