Robes may keep you warm, but with the proper enchantments they can do far more than that!

Adventurer's Robe

Properties:

Armor Class: +1 vs. crushing weapons.
Saving Throw: +1 Bonus vs. petrification/polymorph.
Weight: 4.
Only usable by: Mages (single, dual, and multi-class).

Location:

Part of Edwin's starting equipment.
Dropped by Sion at 7 in the Guarded Compound.
Sold by the Djinni in the blue tent at 4 in Trademeet, as long as you haven't solved the Djinni in Trademeet quest for them.

Throne of Bhaal:
Sold by Lazarus Librarus in the Arcana Archives in Saradush, after you return his spellbook to him.
Dropped by the Il-Khan Battle Mage on Level 1 of Gromnir's Castle.
Dropped by Korun the Black and the Il-Khan Battle Mage on Level 2 of Gromnir's Castle.

Watcher's Keep:
Found in a chest at 1 in the Githyanki Area.

Knave's Robe

Properties:

+1 vs. slashing weapons.
Save vs. Death: +1 Bonus.
Weight: 4.
Usable by: Mages (single, dual, and multi-class).

Location:

Sold by Ribald Barterman at 2 in the Adventurer's Mart.

Mage Robe of Cold Resistance

Properties:

Cold Resistance: +20% Bonus.
Weight: 3.
Usable by: Mage (single, dual, and multi-class).

Dropped by the war party at 3 in the North Forest.

Mage Robe of Electric Resistance

Properties:

Electricity Resistance: +20% Bonus.
Weight: 3.

Mage Robe of Fire Resistance

Properties:

Fire Resistance: +20% Bonus.

Dropped by Mekrath at 8 in Mekrath's Lair.
Dropped by one of the Githyanki at 7 in the Five Flagons Inn if you are doing Jan Jansen's NPC quest.
Dropped by the "Umar Witch" at 7 on Level 1 of the Temple Ruins Dungeon if you are doing the Ranger Stronghold quests.
Dropped by the mages at 1 and 2 in the Shadow Thief Guildhall during Chapter 3 if you sided with Bodhi.
Dropped by the mage at 4 on the second floor of the Shadow Thief Guildhall during Chapter 3 if you sided with Bodhi and you picked the Heroic Task.

Robe of the Apprenti

Properties: AC 3.

Location:

One of the items your apprentices can create for you if you are a Mage and you accept the Planar Sphere as your stronghold. Please see the Mage Stronghold quests.

Armor Class: 5.
Magic Resistance: 5%.
+1 Bonus to Saving Throws.
Weight: 6.
Usable by Mages, only usable by evil-aligned characters.

Location:

Sold by the Weapons Merchant at 3 in Ust Natha.
Dropped by the Gold Dragon in the Test of Pride at 2 in Hell.

Sold by Lazarus Librarus in the Arcana Archives in Saradush, after you return his spellbook to him.

Robe of the Good Archmagi

Properties:

Armor Class: 5.
Magic Resistance: 5%.
+1 Bonus to Saving Throws.

Sold by the Smithy at 22 in Trademeet, once you have solved the Djinni in Trademeet quest.

Dropped by Aesgareth's party at 35 on the Maze Level of Watcher's Keep.

Usable by Mages, only usable by neutral-aligned characters.

Traveller's Robe

Usable by: Mages (single, dual, and multi-class).

Location:

Sold by Arledrian on the second floor of Gaelan Bayle's Home.
