GAUNTLETS AND GLOVES

If you are going toe-to-toe with your enemies, wear Gauntlets to protect your hands. Some Gauntlets bestow other useful bonuses on the wearer.

Bard's Gloves

Properties:

Cespenar can upgrade these to the Wondrous Gloves.
Usable by: Bards.

Location:

Watcher's Keep:

Found on the floor in Yakman's room at 7 on the Maze Level of Watcher's Keep.

Gauntlets of Crushing

Properties:

THAC0: +4 Bonus when attacking with fists.
Damage: +4 Bonus when attacking with fists.

Location:

Given to you by King Ixilthetocal in the City of Caverns if you side with him against Prince Villynaty.

Gauntlets of Dexterity

Properties: Sets wearer's Dexterity to 18.

Location:

Found at 5 in the Ghoul Lord's Room.

Gauntlets of Extraordinary Specialization

Properties:

Adds an extra 1/2 attack per round.
THAC0: +1 bonus.
Damage: +2 bonus.
Weight: 1.

Location:

Watcher's Keep:

Dropped by Y'tossi at 6 on the Final Seal level, after you open the Heart seal.

Gauntlets of Ogre Power

Properties:

Strength: Set to 18/00.
Weight: 2.
Not usable by: Thieves and Mages.

Location:

Dropped by one of the Halfling Warriors at 10 on the main level of the Planar Sphere.

Gauntlets of Weapon Expertise

Properties:

THAC0: +1 bonus.
Damage: +2 bonus.

Location:

Found at 7 in the Lower Tombs in Chapter 6.

Gauntlets of Weapon Skill

Properties:

THAC0: +1 bonus.
Weight: 2.

Location:

Dropped by the Thrall Mage at 5 in the Planar Prison.

Gloves of Healing

Properties: Once per day heals up to 10 Hit Points and any Poison effects.

Location:

Given to you by Sir Ryan Trawl at 3 in the Order of the Most Radiant Heart when you complete the Fallen Paladins quest.

Jansen TechnoGloves

Properties:

Lockpicking: +20%.
Pick Pockets: +20%.

Location:

Part of Jan Jansen's starting equipment.

Wondrous Gloves

Properties:

+1 THAC0.
+1 Bonus to AC.
Bonus 2nd, 3rd, and 4th level spell.
Weight: 1.
Usable by: Bards.

Location:

Throne of Bhaal:

Created by Cespenar in the Hellish Pocket Plane if you give him the Bard's Gloves, a Diamond, a Sapphire, an Emerald, a Rogue Stone, and 5,000 GP.
