Here is Lazarus Librarus. When you first speak to him, he has a problem: His Spellbook has been stolen. Promise to retrieve it to get the Lazarus' Spellbook quest.
Accepting and solving the quest is well worth your trouble. Once done, Lazarus opens his shop which sells every single scroll available in the game, as well as a few other goodies. Click here for shop inventory.
