A commander brought out of retirement would like to hear what you've learned about war.
Speak to Simonetta Twoedged at 28 in the Coalition Camp. She'll ask you for your thoughts on the coming war. The particular answer you give won't matter. She'll ask that you speak to people around camp to learn their perspectives on war before speaking to her again about what you've learned.
There's three individuals you need to speak to:
Speak to Dosia at 22, but only after you've completed (or failed) The Uncommon Cold Quest.
Vigilant Halasan at 30 will share her story with a Hero of Baldur's Gate who is either a Fighter or a Paladin, or has at least 11 Charisma.
Belegarm at 3 will share his story with a Hero of Baldur's Gate with at least 11 Charisma or who is an Elf or Half-Elf.
Now speak to Simonetta again. The particular takeaway you report from having spoken with the others won't matter. Simonetta will reward you with 6,000xp and the Medal of Valor.
