AMULETS

Amulets are for hanging around your neck. They can be either purely decorative, or they may have more or less beneficial effects on the wearer.

Amulet of Abnormally Awesome Ankheg Summoning

Properties:

+15% acid resistance.

Uses (1 charge): Summons two Ankhegs.

Range: 30 ft.
Duration: 2 turns.

Worn by Ferrusk at 21 in the Underground River.

Amulet of Protection +1

Properties:

Armor Class: +1.
Saving Throws: +1.

Location:

Left behind by an Ochre Jelly after breaking the globe at 14 in the second level of Korlasz's Tomb.
Sold by Kazzrem at 3 in the main floor of the Sorcerous Sundries.
Given as a reward by Halbazzer Drinn at 2 in the main floor of the Sorcerous Sundries if you foiled an attempted robbery against the Sundries.
Sold by Belegarm at 7 in the Coast Way Crossing.
Part of Baeloth's starting equipment.
Sold by Waizahb at 5 in the Coalition Camp.
Worn by Kherriun at 6 in Kanaglym.
Carried by Chloe at 20 during the siege of the courtyard of Dragonspear Castle.

Amulet of Protection +2

Properties:

Armor Class: +2.
Saving Throws: +2.

Location:

Sold by Nazramu at 6 in the Coalition Camp if you use the Spectacles of Spectacle to bring him into the Prime Material Plane.

Amulet of Whispers

Properties:

Armor Class: +2.
Saving Throws: +2.

Location:

In a locked and trapped chest at at 3 in the Hidden Cellar.

Archer's Eyes

Properties:

+5% chance of Critical Hits with ranged weapon attacks.
+2 THAC0 for Archers, +1 THAC0 for other classes.

Location:

Carried by Shallen at 27 in the Temple of Cyric.

Clasp of Helm

Properties:

+3 saving throws vs. Necromancy spells.
+1 Wisdom for Clerics of Helm only.

Location:

On a corpse at 9 in the Bloodbark Grove.

Edwin's Amulet

Properties:

Allows Edwin to memorize two extra spells per level.
Cannot be removed from Edwin.
Usable only by: Edwin.

Location:

Part of Edwin's starting equipment.

Greenstone Amulet

Properties:

Protects the wearer from charm, confusion, fear, domination, ESP, detect alignment, hold, stun, psionics, sleep, and feeblemind.
Protection lasts only one round and uses up one charge each time.

Location:

Part of Minsc's starting equipment.

Heart of the Mountain

Properties:

+2 Armor Class.
+10 Hit Points for summoned spirits.
Usable only by: Shamans.

Location:

Carried by the Hamadryad at 21 at the Dead Man's Pass.

Kendra's Chain

Properties: +5% slashing damage resistance.

Location:

Dropped by a Wight at 8 near Boareskyr Bridge, but only after you have made sufficient progress with the Tender Of The Dead Quest.

Locket of Embracing

Properties:

+1 Caster levels (Cleric or Paladin).
+2 divine 1st-level spells.
Usable only by: Paladins or non-Evil Clerics.

Location:

Found on a dead body in the Troll Cave at 5.

Lon's Amulet

Properties:

+1 Wisdom (Shapeshifters only).
Bless (+1 to attack and damage rolls).

Location:

Obtained by defeating Lon at 7 inside the Iron Throne Headquarters.

Medal of Valor

Properties: +2 to THAC0.

Location:

Given by Simonetta Twoedged at 28 in the Coalition Camp as a reward for completing the Memories Of Battles Past Quest.

Modron Heart

Properties:

+2 AC vs. Chaotic enemies.
+2 THAC0 vs. Chaotic enemies.
+2 damage vs. Chaotic enemies.

Location:

Can be obtained from Vidyadhar at 8 in the Underground River after using the Spectacles of Spectacle to bring him into the Prime Material Plane.

Necklace of Form Stability

Properties: +5 bonus to all saves vs. polymorph.

Location:

Sold by Nazramu at 6 in the Coalition Camp if you use the Spectacles of Spectacle to bring him into the Prime Material Plane.

Necklace of Missiles

Properties:

Missile Blast:
- Range: 50 feet.
- Area of Effect: 30-foot radius.
- Damage: 6D6 (save vs. spell for half).

Location:

Part of Safana's starting equipment.

Shield Amulet

Uses (1 charge): Armor.

Range: 0.
Area of Effect: Self.
Armor Class: Base set to 4.
Special: +2 AC vs. missile attacks.
Duration: 5 turns.

Location:

Part of Dynaheir's starting equipment.

Silver Circlet

Properties: +1 bonus to saving throws.

Location:

Part of Viconia's starting equipment.

Stone Dowser

Properties: A character wearing it can detect the precise spot to plant the Barrel of Bwoosh! at 19 in the Underground River.

Location:

Given by Torsin de Lancie and Phossey Dugdeep at 33 in the Coalition Camp.

The Gift

Properties:

+10 Hit Points.
+1 Charisma.
Immunity to Fatigue.
Usable only by: Jaheira.

Location:

Jaheira obtains it if you complete Khalid's personal Quest, Anniversary Gift.
