15% chance that anyone who attacks wielder within 6 feet radius takes 1D4 fire damage and suffers Blindness for 2 rounds, saving throw vs. spells halves the damage and negates the Blindness.
Sunfire once a day as 10th level Mage.
Special: No missile/piercing attack protection.
Weight: 3.
