There is a choice to be made between helping an undead creature or its hunters, with the rewards for either pathway not being realized until later.
Here is your initial point of entry. The edge of the map provides access to the World Map. But Coast Way Crossing will be the only other area accessible from the World Map.
You'll witness Skie having fun with a Crusader Recruit and an Ogre Crusader when you first come here. The dialogue with Skie does not have any significant repercussions.
The camp of Isabella and Ikros is here. They offer a Quest of their own, as they are hunting a Vampire named Tsolak.
Here is the entrance to the Vampire Cave. There are four traps leading up to it.
Here is Rasaad, who is willing to join your party.
You will find several Orcs and a pair of Worgs here. The Orc Leader has a Potion of Healing.
A dead body here has a Crusader Tract, which is meant to convey why Caelar Argent's followers feel such fanatical devotion to her. The body will also have a couple of random Potions, and maybe a random gem too.
Here is another exit that provides access to the World Map.
When you attempt to return to the Coast Way Crossing, you'll have an encounter with Orcs and Trolls fighting each other. All of them will be hostile to you. The small area has a cave entrance.
There will be a few more Trolls around a bend in the tunnel. Lying on the floor of the tunnel is A Historical Treatise of Dragonspear Castle. A pool at the end of the tunnel leads to a cave.
The cave itself has several Trolls, as well as a couple of Carrion Crawlers and a couple of Ochre Jellies. Should you defeat them, a dead body in the middle of the cave has a Sling called Fireflay and a Scroll of Sunfire.
You can thereafter leave the cave and travel to somewhere else on the World Map.
