Found at 9 in the Dwarven Digsite after completing the Ancient Menhirs Quest.

Battle Tankard

Properties:

Immunity to Fatigue.
Weight: 2.
Not usable by: Bards, Mages, and Thieves.

Location:

Given by Irina at 10 in the main floor of the Elfsong Tavern if you get Ruby Wine for her.

Circlet of Lost Souls

Properties:

+2 THAC0.
+1 Caster level.
Summoned spirits are under the effects of a Bless spell.
Weight: 2.
Usable by: Shamans only.

Location:

In a goblin cave at 7 near Boareskyr Bridge.

Crown of Lies

Properties:

+2 extra 3rd level Wizard spells.
+1 extra 4th level Wizard spell.
+1 extra 5th level Wizard spell.
-30 Lore.
Weight: 2.
Usable by: Bards and Mages only.

Location:

In a trapped and locked chest at 14 in the basement of Dragonspear Castle.

Headband of Focus

Properties:

+2 THAC0 (unarmed attacks only).
+5% chance of critical hits (unarmed attacks only).
Weight: 2.
Usable by: Monks only.

Location:

Sold by Waizahb at 5 in the Coalition Camp.

Helm of Charm Protection

Properties:

Wearer is immune to Charm.
Weight: 4.
Not usable by: Mages, Bards, and Thieves.

Location:

Worn by Kharm at 10 at Boareskyr Bridge.

Helmet of Defense

Properties:

Saving Throws: +1.
Electrical Resistance: +20%.
Cold Resistance: +20%.
Fire Resistance: +20%.
Weight: 3.
Not usable by: Mages, Bards, and Thieves.

Location:

Part of Khalid's starting equipment.

Helmet of Dumathoin

Properties:

+1 Constitution, +2 Constitution if worn by a Dwarf.
+3% resistance to physical damage.
Weight: 2.

Worn by Brother Deepvein at 2 in the Dwarven Digsite.

In a sarcophagus at 19 in the second level of Korlasz's Tomb.

Immunity to all forms of fear and panic.

Part of Minsc's starting equipment if he had not been in your party during Baldur's Gate 1.

Peacock Cap

Properties:

+2 Charisma for Bards, +1 Charisma for all other classes.

Sold by Kazzrem at 3 in the main floor of the Sorcerous Sundries.

Spectacles of Spectacle

Properties:

Can see specific extraplanar beings while wearing them. Using them to force an individual being to manifest in the Prime Material Plane expends one of three charges.

Not usable by: Bards, Mages, and Thieves.

Obtained from Zaviak at 8 in the main floor of the Elfsong Tavern.

The Guardian Devil

Properties:

Armor Class: +1.
+15% slashing resistance.
+15% missile resistance.
+15% piercing resistance.

Not usable by: Mages, Bards, and Thieves.

Location:

A possible reward for correctly answering a riddle posed by Thrix the Profane at 3 in the Avernus Bridge.

Voghiln's Helmet

Properties:

+5% Magic Resistance.
15% chance on Melee Hit to Stun humanoid target for 1 round (save vs. wands).
Weight: 2.
Usable by: Voghiln only.

Location:

Part of Voghiln's starting equipment.

Wizard Hat

Properties:

+1 casting speed.
+2 movement speed.
Weight: 2.
Usable by: Mages only.

Location:

Sold by Nazramu at 6 in the Coalition Camp if you use the Spectacles of Spectacle to bring him into the Prime Material Plane.
