This Quest begins the moment that Glint joins your party. He wants to find members of his family and make sure they're ok.
Hoach Randymonk is at 4 in Bridgefort. Note that you will need the Wardstone to be able to enter here.
Pritchard is at 36 in the Coalition Camp. The encounter significantly overlaps with The Problem With Pritchard Quest, and there is the potential to either break this Quest or both Quests or complete both at the same time.
Enter the cave at 11 in the Underground River. You'll have to fight several Shadows, a Greater Shadow, and an Unsleeping Guardian, when you come in. The Unsleeping Guardian can summon two Wraiths, which can drain levels.
Continue a little further into the back of the cave and you'll also encounter the spirits of Litla, Wortis and three other adventurers who met their end battling an Ettin. You can attack them and earn 20,000+ xp if you win. They can be dangerous, as at least two of them are spellcasters and all of them have significant magic resistance. Or you can calm them down and assure them that you didn't kill their mortal bodies, and then accept their plea to help them reach the afterlife.
If Glint is in the party, he'll interject during the conversation and recognize that Litla is a relative on his mother's side. That contributes to completing this Quest.
The gate to the Warrens at 17 is guarded by Turin Brassbreaker. How to get past her and through the gate is the objective of the Accessing The Warrens Quest.
Rhonda Swiftfootsdottir is at 23 in the Warrens. You and Glint will end up warning her to leave before it's too late.
A side effect of this encounter is that she won't give you the Nimblefinger Gloves when Glint is in the party, as her attention would then be focused on convincing the Ogres named Betror and Einer at 17 to let you up the lift to the basement of Dragonspear Castle. But you can still pickpocket her for the Nimblefinger Gloves before starting the dialogue with her, if you have a character with a good enough Pickpocketing skill.
