Mizhena wants to find her father, who may be a prisoner of war of the Crusade.
Mizhena will be somewhere around 9 following the major battle in the courtyard of Dragonspear Castle during Chapter 11 if she survived. Getting the Quest from her requires completing the Quest called Mizhena's Amulet in one of two ways.
One way is to find Mizhena's Amulet and then give it to her in the Coalition Camp during Chapter 10. But there's more. You need to conduct the follow-up conversation so as to listen to her background, during which she will explain her transgender history, and without being dismissive or judgmental about it. Any other reply besides how her chosen name doesn't make any sense to you, or suggesting that her choice of name is strange but there are stranger things still in the world, will earn her friendship. She will ask you to find her father, whom she is afraid has been taken as a prisoner of the Crusade, after the battle if she considers you a friend.
You will have to fight your way through what's left of the Crusader forces at 20 which consists of Alexandria, Axe Poet, Bluebeard, Chloe, Dram and Thasz. The Barghest will be present as well if you had surrendered Bridgefort to him during Chapter 9.
Now kill Therli and her two dogs at 21. Urold will be one of the prisoners that Therli had been keeping watch over, and wants to know about his daughter. The dialogue reply about deserving his imprisonment because he's a pathetic representative of Tempus will goad him into a fight, which will fail the Quest along with any rewards for it. Any other dialogue option results in 5,000xp as Urold departs.
Now speak to Mizhena at 19. She'll give you a Morning Star called Blazing Glory +3, and everyone in the party gets 3,000xp.
