General Stonehand wants you to find out about a black market ring in the Coalition Camp, and diminish its presence if possible.
Speak to General Stonehand at 36 in the Coalition Camp. She'll ask you to investigate a black market ring in the Camp, and weaken its presence if you can. She'll also suggest a merchant named Waizahb as a possible lead.
Speak to Waizahb at 5. The goal is to convince Waizahb to set up a meeting with her contact:
The dialogue option that starts with "For your sake" automatically works.
The dialogue option that starts with "I don't think so" works if your Hero of Baldur's Gate is either a Bard or has at least 13 Charisma.
The dialogue option of "I've not the patience for your games" works if you Hero of Baldur's Gate either has a Strength of at least 15, or is a Barbarian or a Fighter or a Half-Orc or a Blackguard.
A Mage or Sorcerer Bhaalspawn can threaten to curse her, which automatically works to oblige a meeting with the contact.
Successfully convincing her to set up the meeting results in Rhynwis being at 35 at night.
Failing any checks on the second or third options results in Waizahb moving over to 35 and staying there. Any other business, including buying or selling items to her, or her On the Fence Quest, will now take place at 35 instead of 5. You can also have your meeting with Rhynwis at 35 during day or night.
There are multiple possibilities with Rhynwis:
Force attack Rhynwis. She'll leave behind a Short Sword +1 and Studded Leather Armor +1. That won't complete the Quest though. If you speak to General Stonehand afterwards, she'll simply give the Quest all over again.
Try to attack her as a dialogue option, but she'll vanish. That still leads to a more or less successful outcome for the Quest though.
Offer to join her guild, but she'll turn you down and vanish as she considers it too risky for her guild to accept the Hero of Baldur's Gate as a member. But she also promises to stop her activities.
Start with a demand that she stop her activities. She'll reply with a promise to have her guild members assist you when the battle against the Crusade comes. You can either accept that, or press further for a share of the loot in addition to the assistance during the battle. She'll then reveal that there's a cache hidden (7) at the surface of the Underground River.
Now report your results to General Stonehand. You'll get 6,000xp in any outcome (besides the force-attack one). She'll throw in a Potion of Mind Focusing if you procured the aid of the guild in the coming battle against the Crusade.
She'll also offer gold, but has trouble remembering the amount she previously offered. You can:
You can accept 500gp.
You can be bold and say it was 3,000gp, but she'll just give you 500gp anyway.
You can accept 300gp, which also results in +1 to Reputation.
