The entrance to Enoi's home is at #6 on the map of The
Gullet. A pirate named Ulog used to supply the Roparu with food,
but Enoi is convinced that his days-long absence can only mean that he
has died. He therefore wants you to find an alternative channel for
supplying food to the Roparu.
Triggering this quest will also trigger the Delver's
Row Task if it hasn't been already.
You can head over to The Narrows at #4 of The
Gullet. Go right, forward, forward and forward. You'll find a dead
body. A Watcher-only Perception check of 14 will reveal that the body is
that of Ulog. You will find the Dead
Man's Note whether or not you make the Perception check. The Note
indicates that Ulog had a contact named Morena.
You can reveal Ulog's death to Enoi for a minor increase in reputation
with The Gullet.
Getting the Principi to supply the food will require completing the Goods and Services Quest
for Captain Mad Morena.
One way is to broker a deal with Prince Aruihi, at #3 in the main
floor of the Kahanga Palace. He can easily be persuaded if you had
previously completed the Trade
Secrets Quest for him.
The alternatives are to make either a Streetwise check of 4 or an
Intimidate check of 5. Aruihi will in either instance agree to increase
the food allowances for the Roparu, but with the result of a moderate
loss of reputation with the Huana.
If you want to do it through the Dawnstars, first speak to Pitli in
her Sanctuary at #9 in The
Gullet. She'll suggest you need to speak to High Priestess Saewyn.
High Priestess Saewyn will be at #6 in the Temple
of Gaun. You can get her to agree to send food to the Roparu
either by a 500cp, or previously completing the Harsh
Medicine Quest, and then suggesting an intermediary to help
distribute the food itself.
She'll readily agree to the suggestion of you taking up an audience with
Queen Onekaza to gain permission to distribute the food to the Roparu.
You can then simply go to Prince Aruihi to cement the arrangement and
complete the Quest.
It'll take more work to get her to agree to working with the Principi as
smugglers. Either a Bluff check of 4, a Diplomacy check of 4, or a
dialogue option based on having 3 points of positive reputation with the
Dawnstars will convince her. You can then speak to Captain Mad Morena to
confirm the arrangement.
However you complete the Quest, you'll get a 1,080xp reward.
