Entering the main
floor of the Kahanga Palace leads to an audience with Queen
Onekaza II of Huana, in an argument with representatives of the Royal
Deadfire Company and the Vailian Trading Company.
The Vailian Trading Company representative is named Nirro Canta Nicese,
and he'll invite you to the Vailian Trading Company Headquarters to
start the Quest.
Go back out the door at #1.
You'll now be at #8 on the map of Serpent's Crown. The exit at either #1 or #14 will allow you travel about Neketaka. Head for Queen's Berth for purposes of this Quest.
The entrance to the Vailian Trading Company Headquarters is at #10 on
the map of Queen's Berth.
