This Quest starts as soon as you complete the Dirty Laundry Quest. Director Castol wants you to help out his Principi partner, Captain Furrante.
Completing the Quest called A Shrewd Proposition and the Tip of the Spear Quest in a way that leaves Captain Furrante's alliance with the Crookspur Slavers intact will mean completing this Quest in a way that Castol considers optimal. He'll reward the party with 2,700xp and a moderate gain of positive reputation with the Vailian Trading Company.
Completing the other Quests in a way that frees the slaves and / or wipes out the Crookspur Slavers will leave Castol upset. You'll still gain 2,700xp, but with only a minor gain in positive reputation with the Vailian Trading Company.
