The Royal Deadfire Company representative is named Kazanui Karu, and she'll invite you to the Brass Citadel to start the Quest.
Go out the door at #1.
You'll now be at #8 on the map of Serpent's
Crown. You'll want to go to one of the exits, like at #1 or #14. Select the Brass Citadel from the map of Neketaka.
