Delver's Row

Delver's Row

  1. This door leads back out to The Narrows at #4 of The Gullet.

  2. Here is an Orlan merchant named Enarat, who sells mostly food and drinks.

  3. Here is Rust, who is relevant to the Harsh Medicine Quest.

That aside, he also carries a very powerful Stiletto called Rust's Poignard. Actually getting it from him is quite involved.

You can start by force attacking him. Keep in mind that even by himself he's a real threat to outright kill one or more of your squishier characters. So you may want to keep them well at a distance before even starting.

Also, you can't kill him here and now. He'll teleport to the exit from Delver's Row once you've reduced him to 25% or less Health. If you want his weapon, you'll have to leave through the exit at #1.

Clicking on the exit leads to a scripted interaction whereby you can give chase, or always have the options to leave the Narrows or return to Delver's Row. The first part of pursuing him involves getting past some abandoned merchant stalls as an obstacle. Either a combined Dexterity check of 14 and Athletics check of 5, or a combined Might check of 15 and Athletics check of 7, can keep you in pursuit without Injury. Failing the checks or trying to circumvent the stalls without trying the checks is likely to result in injury and losing his trail.

Rust will next put up a smoke cloud to try and lose you. Either a wind spell (e.g., Winter Wind) or making a Perception check of 14 can keep you on his trail.

Now you need to go Forward and then Right. After that you'll have a choice of either letting him go or chasing him down.

If you chase him down, you'll have to fight him and a few of his Thug friends. You can loot Rust's Poignard from his body should you win.

You can click on any exit from the battleground to either leave the Narrows or return to Delver's Row.

  4. Here is a Street Merchant who sells mostly Drugs.

  5. A hidden button here will open the door just to the west.

  6. There will be two containers here. One of them has the Drowner's Lung Medicine, which is needed for the Harsh Medicine Quest.

The other container has an Arquebus called The Red Hand.

  7. Here is Ernezzo, who sells a lot of armor and weapons. The two distinctive items he has are another Arquebus called The Red Hand and the Garari Cuirass.

The door on the right side of his room can either be opened with Ernezzo's Supply Room Key (if you can pickpocket it), or with a good enough Mechanics skill.

He is also relevant to the Harsh Medicine Quest.

  8. Here you will find the body of a Godlike pirate. You can communicate with its soul to make progress with Pallegina's personal Quest, The Man of Chimes.

  9. A merchant named Imuani is here. Her unique items for sale include Rekvu's Fractured Casque, The Undying Burden and Gauntlets of Reliability.

  10. Some guards here will bar the way to the lift behind them, and are willing to fight to do so. You can convince them to let you pass willingly if you have accepted any of The Cornett's Call or the Goods and Services Quests, or if you show them the Marked Suole.

  11. The lift here can take you down to the Undercroft at #1.

  12. Here you can find a Pet dog named Algol.

  13. A Vithrack merchant called The Spindle Man is here. He sells plenty of magical scrolls and potions. Unique items he has for sale include:
There will also be two containers to either side of him. The one to the left of him will have another Whitewitch Mask, while the one to the right will have another Obsidian Lamp Figurine. The containers can be opened with either the Spindle Man's Key (if you can pickpocket it) or with a good enough Mechanics skill.

The Spindle Man is also potentially relevant to the Harsh Medicine Quest.
