The cliff wall here remains inaccessible until you've made sufficient
progress with the Quest called An
Honored Guest. Vatnir
will by then give you Vatnir's
Icepicks, which you can use on the cliff wall to reach the Outcrop
on High.
Here is Harbinger Karlodh, who sells some of the rarer and more
valuable Food items such as Luminous
Lobster, or ones that are distinctive to Beast of Winter such as Glacial Ysae.
Here is Harbinger Nyvardir. He sells liquors, some of them distinctive
to Beast of Winter such as Ekkevit
and Rymsjodda Lager.
