The lift here leads back up to Delver's Row at #11.
A Brawler guard will be here, and will be initially suspicious of your presence. Showing him the Marked Suole, or indicating that you're here to find Gwenfin as part of The Cornett's Call Quest, or that you're here to see Mad Morena as part of the Goods and Services Quest, will convince him to let you have free run. Failure to answer him adequately may lead to everyone in Undercroft turning hostile against you.
The pulley here can lead to #6, as long as everyone in the party can make an Athletics check of at least 4.
There will be several Boars in this pen, along with a Giant Boar. They will attack if you open the door to the pen. The smugglers here won't attack you for opening the pen, assuming you remain on good terms with them.
