A lever immediately to its right will open the door marked #3 and east of the sarcophagus.
There will be a lot of undead to fight at these points, each fight
including a Risen Priest, a Risen Mage, and a Risen Champion (Paladin).
This door can be opened by using a torch next to it as a switch.
Either a Perception check or Stealth mode can reveal that the torch is
actually a switch for the door.
A hidden button here can open the door at #9.
A niche here has a Stiletto called the Azure
Blade.
This door can be opened by pressing the hidden button at #7.
Another large group of undead, led by a Wraith, will be hear. The Wraith is
capable of teleporting and isolating a single party member away from
everybody else.
The door here can be opened by using the lever at #12.
The stairs here lead to the Forgotten Mausoleum, which is a small
alcove. A sarcophagus at the west end of the alcove is protected by
three traps that can found and disarmed. The sarcophagus itself has the
Eulogy to Yseyr - The Gate,
which is relevant to the Eulogy
for the Dead Quest. A few undead will attack once you take it.
A hidden niche on the west wall of the alcove will have robes called the
Effigy's Husk.
The tunnel here leads to #10 on the map of The
Sacred Stair. If you came into the Sepulchers through the stairs
at #1 instead of here, you can get a Ruby
with a Perception check of 11 as you make your way through the tunnel.
Also, you will need a Rope and
Grappling Hook during the scripted interaction to make it all the
way outside.
You can also obtain from him, willingly or through combat, the Estoc
named Engoliero do Espirs.
It is a Quest Item when you first obtain it here, and will remain so
unless you complete the Principi Quest called A
Dance With Death.
He also carries a Flail called Skullcrusher should you defeat him in combat.
This sarcophagus has the Eulogy
to Yseyr - The Sword, which is relevant to the Eulogy
for the Dead Quest. You can obtain it after either getting Yseyr's
permission, or defeating him in combat.
