THE SORCEROUS CAPER

Sorcerous Sundries, Main Floor

Trying to get ahead in line at the Sorcerous Sundries leads to stumbling on a heist.

  1. Halbazzer Drinn will be at 2 in the main floor of the Sorcerous Sundries.

    Speak to him, and his initial inclination is to oblige you to wait behind the rest of the queue before you can access his shop.

    Making an offer to help will get the Quest started. He'll give you the Cabinet Key and ask you to fetch some empty potion bottles for him.

    Go up the stairs at 4.

    2. Sorcerous Sundries, Upper Floor

  2. You'll now be at the stairs at 5 on the upper floor of the Elfsong Tavern.

    The Empty Bottle Case will be in a locked cabinet at 9, which can be opened with the Cabinet Key.

    Taking the Empty Bottle Case leads to getting attacked by some burglars led by Yashna, and including Sethyl and Witnak. Defeat them and Sethyl will leave behind a Knave's Robe and Bracers of Defense AC 7.

  3. Bring the Empty Bottle Case to Halbazzer Drinn, and he'll reward you with 750xp and 50gp.

    Mention that you foiled an attempted robbery by a Dark Elf named Sethyl, and he'll also reward you with an Amulet of Protection +1.

    You'll now also have access to his shop.
