She'll give you a sack of gold to take to her creditor across the street from the Sorcerous Sundries. You can insist on a 5gp fee if you want, or otherwise accept the request for free.
Exits are at 29 and 30 from which you can travel to other parts of Baldur's Gate.
Travel to the Elfsong Tavern. You'll be at 1 in the area outside of the Tavern. A thief named Zelma will attempt to pickpocket you for that 50gp. If your Hero of Baldur's Gate is a Bard or a Thief, he can select a dialogue option that notices her attempt. That starts a fight with her, which is easily won.
The encounter otherwise results in her stealing the 50gp, placing on you the choice of whether you're willing to deliver the 50gp from Teera to her lender out of your own gold.
Speak to Senna at 4 and give her the 50gp.
Return to the Ducal Palace and speak to Teera again for a 250xp reward.
Alternatively you could avoid speaking to Senna and pocket the 50gp, but that means no 250xp reward.
