Speak to Robel at the door to the Three Old Kegs at 4. Robel's been hollering to bring in business for the Kegs, but his tongue's getting dry and he'd appreciate a drink from Katheera. Step in through the door.
You'll be at the door at 6 in the first level of the Three Old Kegs. Katheera will be at 8.
If speak to her and tell her about Robel's request, she'll indicate that she can send him a drink but it will have to wait. If you accept that there will be a delay in Robel getting the drink, and then go outside to tell him, you'll get 300xp.
If you use the dialogue option that starts with "I have the stamina of an ox", she'll relent and then have a drink sent out to him right away. Speak to Robel outside and you'll get the 300xp plus 30gp out of gratitude.
