There will be a few side quests here, and a couple of familiar faces ready to join your party again.
You'll first arrive at the exit on the south side, and it also allows access to the city map of Baldur's Gate.
You can also access the city map through the exit also marked 5 on the north side.
There will be a few muggers here named Asery, Dirla, Golt and Lluis. They're easy to kill, and don't leave much in the way of loot either.
Here is Aileen, who is the focus of the Corpse Disposal Quest.
This door leads to the first floor of the Three Old Kegs itself at 6.
Robel will be standing next to the door. He offers The Dry Crier Quest.
This exits leads to the map of Baldur's Gate, from which you can travel to other locations in the city.
This door leads to the exterior of the Three Old Kegs at 4. Corwin will remain by the door.
Charra will be here, and she serves little purpose other than to sell you drinks if you want them.
Katheera will be here. She offers drinks as well, but she's also involved with The Dry Crier Quest.
Step into this room, and it's only a matter of time before a man named Autinn and a woman named Lucilla will provoke each other into a fight. That becomes the focus of the Bar Fight Quest.
The bartender, Natrin Bellowglyn, sells drinks as well. He also has a stake in the Bar Fight.
These stairs connect to the stairs at 12 on the map of the second floor.
These stairs connect to stairs at 11 on the map of the first floor.
A server / enforcer of the Three Old Kegs named Ithtyl Calantryn will wander around this floor. She provides some conversation, but little else from a gaming standpoint.
Here are Ozil, Hastus and Berahli, the same guys who stole your funds from Ophyllis as a continuation of the Quest called My Missed Fortune.

These stairs connect to the stairs at 14 on the map of the second level.
Here are Lady Araya, Lord Maxwell and Lord Therton. They are the subject of the Quest called Meeting of the Minds.
Here are Dynaheir and Minsc, ready to join you. Just speaking to them helps complete the Quest called Recruitment Drive.
Here is Delenda. Her and her bodyguard, Bartleby, are the focus of the Quest called What? Get Out!.
