You will be imprisoned for Skie's murder, at least to begin with.
You start off imprisoned in this cell. Corwin will come by and voice her suspicions that you did indeed murder Skie as part of the It Wasn't Me Quest.
The Hooded Man will come by, and you'll discover that it was he who murdered Skie and framed you for it. That concludes the Disturbing Implications Quest and progresses the It Wasn't Me Quest.
Either a Flaming Fist Officer or a Shadow Thief (who also gives you a Potion of Invisibility) sent by Imoen will come by in the night to release you from your cell and help you escape. Which one it is depends on choices you made over the course of the game and as part of the Disturbing Implications Quest.
Your personal possessions will be on this table. You may need them yet to survive one last dungeon, but this will also be your last chance to plan out what items you will Import into Baldur's Gate 2.
This trap door leads to 4.
These stairs lead back up to 3.
This ladder door leads to the Escape Sewer. Where you start off there depends on whether it was a Flaming Fist Officer or a Shadow Thief who broke you out.
