    The entrance to the main floor of Arkemyr's Manor is at #12 on the map of Periki's Overlook.

  2. Going through the door brings you to #1 on the map of the main floor of Arkemyr's Manor.

    Arkemyr will himself be at #2. Simply speaking to him earns 2,000+ xp and completes the Task. His mission for you is to obtain lost arcane research, which triggers the Bekarna's Folly Quest.
