This is where the Oracle of Wael will be to start with. Defeating it is a key objective of The Inner Mysteries Quest.
It is possible to kill it after defeating it. Its dead body will leave behind an Amulet called Weight of Revelation and the Ring of Clenched Muscle. You won't get those items if you let it live.
These are Arcane Batteries. Destroying one can briefly stun the Oracle of Wael during your battle with it.
These are Artery Polyps. Destroying one will create a slog zone that slows movement.
The dead body of Fyonlecg will be here. It will have at least Elementalist's Bracers and a few other items.
