Esternwood Hidden Cache

I return to the Black Hound Inn, sell off my excess loot, and rest up until it's the last hours of the 1st day of the month.

Now I journey to the Esternwood, and start off at #1 on the map. I journey north, until I go up a narrow path and reach the northwest corner. There will be a few Skeletons to kill, but they're easily dealt with.

A corpse at #5 can be looted for a random weapon.

At #7 is a hidden niche that has an item from the "Esternwood - Upper Hidden" section of the random drop list. As it's now day 2 of the month (taking into account 8 hours to travel here from the World Map), I loot a Ring of Minor Protection. Kana wears it on an interim basis.

*Evil* Zakara rests at the Inn until it's day 16. The intention is to grab a Ring of Overseeing for Maneha. The point is to increase the range of Carnage, as well as Threatening Presence.

Wichts in the Esternwood

There will be a pack of Wichts in the southeast corner, who are easily slaughtered.

Spear Spiders in the Esternwood

I kill off several Spear Spiders and Spear Spiderlings rather routinely in the northeast part of the area. I manage to get a few Goldrot Chews and a few other random items from a corpse at #13. The +3 Might bonus from the chews may come in handy.

I now plan to infiltrate the Dungeons of Lord Raedric's Hold.
