Caedric will have The Luckless Coin at #5 in the main floor of Kraken's Eye. There are multiple ways to get it from him. An offer to buy it from him that makes a Streetwise check of 6 won't work. But an Arcana check of 18, or an Insight check of 12 followed by a Diplomacy check of 17 will convince him to part with it.
You can also pickpocket it from him. Keep in mind your pickpocketing character will need a really good Stealth score, given the large number of patrons moving around in a small space. And you'll need to make a Sleight of Hand check of 6 to steal it from him even if you can get close enough to him undetected.
Different possibilities open up if you offer to buy him Rum. You can:
Make a Constitution check of 13 to drink him under the table.
Make a combined Bluff check of 8 and a Sleight of Hand check of 5 to pretend to be downing your drink.
Make an Alchemy check of 10 to slip Fungal Bile into his drink.
The first two options give you the choice of leaving The Luckless Coin with him to earn Honest disposition, or stealing it from him to earn Shady disposition. The third option kills him and earns Cruel disposition, but you can take The Luckless Coin unnoticed.
