Here is where you first find Llendreth, who shoots a man dead whom he
got into an argument with. He can thereafter be hired as a Crew Member through Jacob Harker at #7.

Perception, +1 Dexterity, -20% duration of any hostile effects) for
200cp. It acts as a Resting bonus that stacks with and won't replace any
other Resting bonuses.
Here is Irwena, who offers Irwena's Mature Experience (+1 to all
Skills, cannot be Engaged by lower-level Enemies) for 200cp. It acts as
a Resting bonus that stacks with and won't replace any other Resting
bonuses.
