This estate belongs to the Jysstevs. While you don't know what their business is, you may learn that they are friends of the famous artist Sir Sarles and that the Lady has some knowledge of a mysterious character known as The Hidden.

  1. Here is the exit to the Government District. The first time you enter, you will be met by the Butler who wants to know your business. If you are neither here for the Sir Sarles or the Jan Jansen Returns Home quest, you will be asked to leave.

  2. Here are Lady and Lord Jysstev. You need to speak to Lady Jysstev in connection with the Jan Jansen Returns Home quest.

  3. If you are doing the Sir Sarles quest, here is where you will find Sir Sarles.

    A vase at (x=600, y=210) contains a bit of cash and two Darts +1.

    The table contains a book and a Waterstar Gem.

  4. The chest at (x=230, y=550) contains gold and/or minor treasure.

    The chest at (x=360, y=460) is trapped and can't be lockpicked.

    The commode at (x=450, y=410) contains a Scroll of Spell Shield.
