  1. Here is where you initially arrive after coming from the Grand Promenade.

    It also provides access to the map of Ukaizo.

  2. Here is a panel where you can turn off the machine that fuels the storms of Ondra's Mortar. That progresses The City Lost to Time Quest in two ways.

    First, you'll have another conference with the Gods where they try to counsel you on which course to take with Eothas.

    Second, you'll see ships from your rival faction pull into harbor. That sets up your last fight, which will take place in the Grand Promenade.
