The residence here has two crates. One crate will have a random food item or two. The other crate will have a random food item and Camping Supplies.
A rug in the middle of the house can be looted for the Starlit Garb. You can find it in the house either by having a good enough Mechanics skill, or by having learned of it in the course of The Sealed Missive task.
Here is Arthwyn, who is relevant to the Hunter, Brother quest.
Here is the entrance to the Hall of Warriors. There will be several containers throughout with various items, such as gems, coins, food and scrolls. There will also be a shelf with copies of Berathian Scripture and The Ethik Nol.
At the back, towards the northwest corner, will be Simoc. He provides the Sacrificial Bloodlines quest.
Here is Iswld, who provides information that is relevant to quest called A Servant of Death.
You will have another vision once you start to cross the bridge at this point. The vision is one of Thaos and yourself agreeing to lure Iovara into a trap.
Once you do get across the bridge, a pair of Delemgan twin sisters named Sidha and Rihenwyn will speak to you at length so as to conclude The Assassin at Large quest. That in turn will trigger the Council of Stars and Court of the Penitents quests.
