*Good Path* Breilana wants you to rescue Fihelis from Assassination.

*Evil Path* Moire wants you to kill Fihelis and all of the Watchmen who are guarding him. Axle wants you to kill only Fihelis in sneaky fashion.

The area is suffice to say loaded with thugs and often has containers with random loot.

  1. Exit to the Merchant Quarter. If youÂ’re with the Shadow Thieves, there will be two City Watch Guards just before you get in. You can either use Diplomacy or kill them to score a City Watch Cloak. This will get you past the Guards inside, to a point.

  2. If youÂ’re with the Shadow Thieves, a Guard appears here who holds a key to nearby vault. A modest Diplomacy skill and wearing the City Watch Cloak will get the key from him. Note that killing him wonÂ’t get you the key. The Vault holds about a 1,000 gp.

  3. A trapped chest that holds the Shimmering Sash.

  4. Stairs leading up to the next level.
