Boarding him can be a challenge. He himself is a 14th level Barbarian.
His help includes plenty of Vailian Fighters and Goldpact Knights, with
a few Vailian Priests to help keep them up and fighting. Take out the
squishier Priests first if you can manage it.
The incentive to board him is that you'll get a Vailian
Hullbreaker as part of the loot, but only if you board.
Naval combat can be tough to, because the ship itself is a Galleon
fitted with extra Hull Health by Warship
Reinforcements. The ship is also well-equipped with a pair of Vailian Hullbreakers and
three Iron Thunderers, so
it can handle either close-range or long-range combat.
Return to Udita for rewards of 5,000cp, 12,150xp and a moderate gain
in reputation with the Principi.
