You can find Diccila aboard a Voyager
named The Asilio. It tends
to sail around the Sanctum
Island at #13 on the World Map, or near Neketaka. If
you want to sink her ship in naval combat, the ship only has a couple of
Dyrwoodan Hog Noses, so
it should be easy to sink.
If you want to board, Diccila herself is a 5th level Fighter aided by
mostly Vailian Fighters and Sailors.
Return to Barati for rewards of 1,500cp and 4,050xp.
