There will be some coins in this chest. A few Small Rain Blights will attack once you open it, but they shouldn't be much trouble.
There will be a hidden cache here that can only be discovered while in scouting mode. It will have some coins.
A chest here will have random armor items.
Several Shades and a couple of Spectres (somewhat more powerful versions of Shades) will attack the party when it approaches this door. Spells or items that raise damage reduction against cold may be desireable here. All evil spirits here will leave behind Spirit Residues when killed.
These stairs lead up to the second level at #8.
These stairs lead back down to the first level at #7.
