  1. This exit goes back out to First Fires at #3.

  2. Sidley stands here. She can provide plenty of background information while conversing with you.

  3. Here is Fyrga, who provides the Cinders of Faith quest.

  4. The chest here provides a random scroll and some coins. If you get caught stealing from any guarded containers here, the nearby locals won't go hostile, but the effect will be a slight reputation loss with Defiance Bay.

  5. The bookcase here has a book called The Doughty Burglar: A Dyrwoodan Farce, Part 1.

  6. The bookcase here has a book called The Doughty Burglar: A Dyrwoodan Farce, Part 2.

  7. The bookcase here has two books. One is called Those Lost in the Flood. The other is called Excerpt from the Sermon of Struggle.

  8. Here are Marshal Forwyn and chancellor Warrin, whom you must speak to if you want to conclude the Call to Court task.

    The Records Keeper will be here after the Call to Court task has been completed. The Keeper will be relevant to Eder's personal quest, Fragments of a Scattered Faith.

  9. There is a shelf here that has a random assortment of helmets.

  10. This exit goes back out to First Fires at #4.

  11. The Guard here will never allow entry to the throne room through this door. You'll have to find another way.

  12. You'll be able to get to a balcony overlooking the throne room through this door, but only after you've made sufficient progress with The Hermit of Hadret House quest.

  13. Here is the Throne Room of the Palace. It provides an audience for the Animancy hearings, which is a focal point for The Hermit of Hadret House quest.
