He can give you the Beneath the Bronze Lake quest, but only if you had previously completed the Rogue Knight quest in a way that procured Osric's Family Breastplate for Osric. *Note* Taking this quest on means committing yourself exclusively to The Dozens, and you will not thereafter be able to take on quests for House Doemenal or the Knights of the Crucible.
Here is Sonild. She will make her wares available for your purchase, but only if you first complete the Rogue Knight quest for Osric first. She sells a lot of armors and weapons of Exceptional quality. Unique items for sale include:
Here is a locked chest that has a random scroll in it.
A chest here has a random weapon in it, oten of fine quality.
A chest here will have a Rope and Grappling Hook and the Geological Map. The latter item is helpful for the Cinders of Faith quest. The items are easy to steal without getting caught since nobody else is ever around amongst the Dozens.

Osric is here. He is willing to give you the Rogue Knight quest.
