Here is the Steward, who now more or less operates as your Major Domo for the stronghold. Click on her and speak to when you want to respond to: events that occur in the Keep such as visitors that occasionally pop by, when you want to build upgrades for your stronghold, when you want to manage hirelings in your stronghold, when you want to manage your party composition, and when you want to assign any companions who may not currently be in your party to undertake companion adventures.
Here is the treasury. Upgrades such as the Botany Garden and the Artificer's Hall will result in item rewards for you. For example, the Botany Garden will result in plant items accruing to you. These items will be placed in your treasury.
