In this room will be clues in the form of a blood-stained vase and a blood stain on the floor to indicate that something other than an epidemic is going on around here.
This room was apparently maintained such that the residents were not expecting any sort of sudden departure. A chest in here also contains a Veal Bone, and a Free Sailor Sextant, which is relevant to the 'Fazzil's Request' quest on behalf of the Chantry in Denerim.
A few Tevinter Guards and an Elven Guard will attack you if you enter this room. Click on a table, and you'll get a Key, and a Note that hints what is really going on in the Alienage.
