This little room contains a Demilich. If you've been through Shadows of Amn, you should already know how to fight these. If not:
Make sure everyone who enters this room has Spell Protection: Abjuration or Protection from Undead to avoid imprisonment. (As opposed to Kangaxx, this Demilich doesn't necessarily cast Imprisonment at the nearest character.)
Make sure everybody is also protected via Death Ward, to negate Demilich Howl.
And they should be wielding +4 weapons or better!
You can leave some of the party members outside. Do so for those who aren't protected.
