SALADREX'S LAIR

Immediately when you enter this lair, you should get an idea what awaits you inside. You've seen such lairs before if you've been through Shadows of Amn.

Yep, it's a Dragon!

  1. Here is the entrance from the Githyanki Encampment.

  2. Here is Saladrex, a Red Dragon with more hitpoints than Firkraag, and a bigger ego! He engages you in conversation, and as with Firkraag you can talk your way out of a fight. But why miss out on 64,000 XP, not to mention one of the best quarterstaffs in the game? Just make sure to make your preparations for battle out of his sight, or he attacks.

    Saladrex drops the Staff of the Ram +4, a Rogue Stone, 1,500 GP, and some random treasure.
