Upon arrival you’ll notice immediately that the garrison is under attack from plant like creatures, Shambling Mounds and Blightspawned Treants to be specific. You’ll end up discussing things with the acolyte witch, Nadaj, who will fill you in on the situation. She recommends that you speak to the witch in charge, Dalenka.
Here is Dalenka’s residence. Enter and speak to her. She knows what you’ve become and makes no effort to hide her disdain. She won’t interfere with your efforts to contact the Wood Man but no help is forthcoming either.
Step outside again and Nadaj will speak to you again. To be able to speak to the Wood Man you’ll need to take care of some problems: a blight has spread through a section of the forest, intruders have driven the Telthor spirits out of their sanctuary, and a fire is spreading in part of the forest. She also indicates that assistance may be available from two Telthor Witches who reside in the Immil Vale, which can now be accessed through the World Map.
