Return to the Elven Ruins

  1. Here is your initial point of entry and the way back to the Forest Clearing.

Note that as with the Forest Clearing, Genlocks will now be a frequent presence throughout the Ruins.

  2. If you go the farthest western edge of this tunnel, several Skeletons will appear behind you.

  3. Duncan
  4. When you reach the mirror chamber again, Duncan will already be there. He'll try to impress upon you a number of things. One, the mirror is dangerous and must be destroyed. Second, Tamlen is well and truly gone. Third, the Keeper has only abated the sickness you received from the mirror, but hasn't truly healed it. He affirms that only he has a true cure. In the meantime, Duncan shatters the mirror to prevent it from causing any more harm.

The game proceeds to a conversation between you, the Keeper, and Duncan. Your only hope for a cure is to join the order of Grey Wardens. Since you apparently don't have much of a choice, you'll soon find yourself on the way to Ostagar.
