Special Qualities: +2% spell resistance, +10% chance to dodge missile attack
Location: Sold by Bodah in the main floor of Redcliffe Castle after the Landsmeet.

Libertarian's Cowl
Special Qualities: +12 defense, +0.25 mana regeneration
Location: On a charred corpse in the Templar's Quarters at #5.

Reinforced Magus Cowl
Special Qualities: +2 willpower, -1 dexterity, +20 mental resistance
