  1. Here is the exit to the overland map.

  2. Here you’ll have to fight some Fire Newts, consisting of Archers and Warriors. An armoire in this room holds a Lens of Detection.

  3. More Fire Newts for you to fight.

  4. More Fire Newts to fight. Here you’ll find a pile of debris that holds a number of priestly scrolls.

  5. Overlord FlamesparHere is a large number of Fire Newts, led by Overlord Flamespar. A sorcerer is also present, ready to fire off spells from the back of the room. This can be a horrific fight. Flamespar can score a lot of damage with his axe, especially when he lands a critical hit. You want to take him out quickly, and yet his numerous followers can also surround your party and chip away. It is recommended that you try to wipe out the followers as quickly as possible with multiple spell volleys (e.g. Ice Storm, Call Lightning, etc.). This leaves you free to surround Flamespar and take him down as quickly as possible. He’ll drop a Snaketongue Amulet, Chainmail +1, and the Greataxe of Flame which you can bring back to Va'dinya.
