Here you'll battle several Luskan soldiers as well as a few Arcane Brothers. One of the Brothers leaves behind the Aiedo Wither-Stilte and the Crossroad Keep Key. Once the battle is over, Vale and the other Neverwinter soldiers burst in.
Here you'll fight several Shadow Priests led by a Shadow Priestess. Try to zip off as many party friendly area-effect spells and as quickly as you can. The Priestess leaves the Greater Cloak of Protection vs. Good and the Talisman of Pure Evil.
