You may come here for two reasons: To Fetch the blood of a Neighboring Race, or just to pillage and loot the place. No matter what, you are in for some hard fights.
Here is the entrance from the Underdark. You will immediately be attacked by a Beholder and an Elder Orb.
At (x=790, y=610), search the wall for a Potion of Healing and a bit of cash.
Here are five Drow fighting a Beholder. You may as well throw yourself into the fray, as whoever survives the longest will become your next enemy. The Drow drop Drow Full Plate +5, Drow Flail +3, and Drow Shield +3.
At (x=1210, y=770), search the wall for the Sling of Arvoreen +4 and a Sphene Gem.
Here are three Beholders and two Gauths.

Here are three more Gauths. Search the wall at (x=2510, y=580) for a Greenstone Amulet and minor treasure.
At (x=1820, y=200), search the wall for a Long Sword +1 and minor treasure.
At (x=2120, y=190), search the wall for 5 Emeralds, 3 King's Tears, a Scroll of Spell Shield, 5,600 GP, and minor treasure.
Search the wall here for some minor treasure.
Here is a large battle with several Beholders and Gauths. The Beholder and Elder Orb from 11 may notice and join the fray.

Here are three Gauths fighting three Mind Flayers. Thin out their ranks while they are busy fighting each other! Whoever survives the longest will turn on you anyway.
